Children

This is a friendly reminder that children are your responsibility. Please attend to your children at all times while in the salon. If you will be enjoying a longer service please consider leaving children at home unless they will also be receiving a service with us.

Cancellations / Etiquette

Due to an increased number of last minute cancelations we will be enforcing a 24-Hour Cancelation Policy. If a last-minute cancelation occurs more than once, we will ask to take your credit card information before booking your future appointments. This information would only be used if your appointment is canceled after our telephoned confirmations have been made.We understand that emergencies do happen and can’t be avoided sometimes. We only ask that you please notify us as soon as possible! Thanks you for your consideration!

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are a fabulous way to introduce a new friend to the salon, or to celebrate a special occasion for someone extraordinary. Please stop by the salon to pick one up today!

Birthdays / Referrals

For your birthday Halo sends out a postcard worth $5 dollars off your next service. We also participate in a referral program. For every person you refer to Halo you will receive a postcard worth $10 dollars off your next service. In order to receive these savings please make sure that your address is up-to-date in our computer system!

Retail Punch Cards

Our retail punch cards are available upon request. For every $25 dollars you spend per visit to the salon you will receive a punch in your card. After 10 punches you will receive a $25 dollar retail credit!
